It’s week four of the high school football season in Arkansas, and Mountain Home will begin conference play on the road. The Bombers’ first opponent in the 6A-East will be Jonesboro.
Mountain Home is currently 0-3 on the season after suffering an 11-point loss last week to Batesville. Jonesboro improved to 2-1 when they edged out Little Rock Catholic, and Bombers’ head coach Bryan Mattox the Golden Hurricane also provide a tough challenge.

Yellville-Summit will be in front of the home crowd for its 3A-1 opener. The Panthers are set to welcome Elkins to the Twin Lakes Area.
