Two resolutions were passed during the Cotter City Council’s regular September session on Thursday. The council set its tax levies assessed in 2017 to be collected in 2018, and they agreed to apply for an Arkansas Natural Resources Commission loan for ductile iron replacement. The council also heard from the city’s CPA Brian Hass on the 2016 Water Department and Waste Water Audit. The next session is scheduled for October 26th at 6 p.m. in Cotter City Hall.
