Ryan Anthony Osheim of Mountain Home pled guilty to breaking into a home along Meadowview Terrace and was given three years probation during a session of Baxter County Circuit Court Thursday.

The break-in was reported to police in late July. The homeowner and a neighbor saw the 26-year-old Osheim leaving from the back of the residence. Investigators were told Osheim had previously worked for the homeowner but had been let go. Osheim had retained a key to the residence and refused to return it to the owner.

The homeowner had taken steps to secure the residence, but Osheim was able to bypass those obstacles and gain entry into the home causing damage to the property.

He was sentenced under the provisions of Act 346, meaning if he stays out of trouble during his probation period, he can petition the court to have his record sealed.
