Tyler Sutterfield of Mountain Home pled guilty to drug possession and the unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and was given four years probation during a session of Baxter County Circuit Court Thursday.

The 22-year-old Sutterfield was arrested in July when a Mountain Home police officer spotted a vehicle reported as being used without the permission of the owner. The officer stopped the vehicle, and a drug dog was used to “sniff the vehicle.” The dog alerted, and a small metal container was found between the seats containing two small plastic bags. One of the bags contained ten oxycodone tablets and the other three hydrocodone tablets — both Schedule two controlled substances.
