Baxter Regional Medical Center personnel will be conducting a community drill Wednesday morning from from 9:00 to 11:00 at the intersection of Burnett Drive and Long Street in front of Care Manor and The Hospice House. According to Tobias Pugsley, BRMC Director of Marketing, they are staging an oil tanker colliding with a pesticide truck. There will be mock live 911 calls placed and a full decontamination will be practiced.
Pugsley says BRMC would like to let the public know there is no reason for alarm.
