A Caulfield man, 69-year-old Rodney E. Winchester, was killed in a one-vehicle accident on Route FF Sunday morning in Howell County, 12 miles southwest of West Plains. According to a report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Winchester was westbound when his vehicle ran off the roadway and struck a tree.He was pronounced dead at the scene.
According to the report he was partially ejected and was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the 10:20 a.m. accident.
