In high school basketball Tuesday night, Cotter split their varsity games against Omaha.
Cotter won the senior girl’s game 55-43. Alexa Wooten led the scoring with 19 points.
Omaha topped Cotter in the senior boy’s game 71-52. The Warriors fall to 1-2 on the season.
Cotter took the junior girl’s game 37-7 over Omaha. Kate Cheek led the scoring with 12 points.
Izard County won a pair of games at Hillcrest Tuesday night.
The Cougars were 61-32 winners. Coby Everett and Noah Everett each scored 14 points for Izard County while Zac Simmons added 12 points.
Izard County topped Hillcrest in the varsity girl’s game 71-41. Abby Brashear had a big night with 31 points and 13 rebounds. Sam King added 17 points as the Lady Cougars improve to 4-1.
