Klein says part of the hiring requirements for Baxter Healthcare is a Career Readiness Certification obtained through the Department of Workforce Services in Mountain Home at 1058 Highland Circle, Suite 20.

Having the Career Readiness Certification beforehand is a plus, but not required. However, the certification will have to be obtained before a position is offered.

The hiring of new employees for Baxter Healthcare is part of their 2015 October news announcement, when Governor Asa Hutchinson made a visit to the facility, which said over the next five years they will add 225 full-time positions to the Mountain Home location.

Former plant manager Tony Johnson says the expansion is an investment in a community in which Baxter employees have lived and worked for 50 years.
