The Calico Rock Museum System is presenting a new art installation at the Tomlinson Art and Science Center to capture the history of the community. The installation is a series of four paintings by Adrian Columb and has become the centerpiece of the entry to the new art center.
Columb is a native of Ireland residing in Mountain View. He painted the mural along Calico Rock’s historic Main Street, and his installation brings the mural inside and intertwines the city’s history with the art and sciences. The four works of oil on canvas each stand at 14 feet tall and two feet wide.
