
There were no building permits issued by the City of Mountain Home during the month of October, according to Roberta Pack from the City of Mountain Home Building Inspection Department. Revenue did come from other sources however, including nonresidential structures.Two permits for construction of a detached building were issued, one to Ben Haney at a construction cost of $90,000 and the other to Kristi Satter & Eugene Roever with a construction cost of $3,119.
Other permits issued for the month of October include a sign issued to Fujiyama, with a construction cost of $3,900, and two lot split permits with a total cost of $30.
The total value of permits issued in October was $97,049.
The cost of all permits issued for the month totaled $1,541 including the actual cost of the building permits at $166, $215 for electrical permits, $650 for mechanical permits and $480 for plumbing permits.
The city building and inspection department handled 82 inspections for the month.
