One item of new business is on the Mountain Home Planning Commission’s agenda Monday afternoon at 1:00.
The commission will consider a request to approve a sketch plan for Lodge View Addition, a minor subdivision, with a variance for the length of the front lot lines from a 75 feet minimum to approximately 66.67 feet. The variance request is for the street frontage for the development of three lots along the southern side of Western Hills Loop.
The property owner and developer is Robert Gracy. The sketch plan will be presented by Danny Ellington with Ellington Engineering Services.
The commission will meet in the council chambers of the Municipal Building.
