13 new business licenses issued in February 2018

Thirteen new business licenses were issued by the city of Mountain Home during the month of February, according to Roberta Pack from the City of Mountain Home Building Inspector’s Office.City records indicate five of the licenses issued were for home-based businesses. Those businesses include Showroom Shine Detailing, an automotive detailing business; Virtue and Grace Modest Boutique, a clothing business; The Doggie Poo Crew, a canine waste removal business; Wildflower Boutique, a clothing business; and Yard Barber, a lawn business.

Other business licenses were issued to Renal Center of Mountain Home, a kidney dialysis clinic, located at 200 East 8th Street; Avery’s Eatery, a restaurant, located at 759 Highway 62 East Suite 431; Kyla’s Asian Market and Liquidation, a grocery and general merchandise store, located at 307 South Main Street, Suite 229; Billy I. Pippin, Certified Public Accountant, located at 904 South Main Street; James C. Hodges, an engineering and consulting company, located at 231 Shoreline Drive; Mountain Home Urology with Jason Teague Lindsay, M.D., located at 15 Green Valley Drive; Ammo Zone Corporation, an ammunition, firearms and tactical gear retail shop, located at 1301 Highway 62 East; and Mattix Paintless Dent Repair, a paintless dent auto repair company, located at 816 Highway 62 West.

Total licensing revenue reported in February was $87,627 which includes $6,294 for alcohol tax and licenses, $81,234 for occupation licenses, $45 for pet licenses, and $5 for garage sale licenses.
