Buford Volunteer Firemen returned to the scene of a fire early Thursday morning about 4:45 when a blaze rekindled that had originally destroyed a shop building the previous evening.
Buford Fire Chief Will Syfrett says the shop at 2612 Buford Road owned by Derek Scott was fully engulfed when his department responded initially on Wednesday evening.
Syfrett says the blaze did not threaten any other structures, and the cause is undetermined.
No injuries were reported.
