A Mountain Home man’s refusal to leave a Mountain Home apartment when asked, brought the police and eventually resulted in Michael Flanagan entering a guilty plea to various drug-related charges.Flanagan was sentenced to six years probation during a session of Baxter County Circuit Court Thursday.
The 39-year-old Flanagan was found in one of the units of a Mountain Home apartment complex. According to court records, Flanagan had been asked to leave the property but would not comply. Officers found him in a back bedroom of the unit. When he was searched, officers found a glass smoking pipe with methamphetamine inside.
He was charged with possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.
