
The Mountain Home High School softball team picked up two wins on its last day of the Ozark Softball Classic Saturday at Harrison.
The Lady Bombers began with a 6-3 victory over Pine Bluff. Kaylee Crownover was the winning pitcher. Maly Tabor led the way with four hits and three RBIs; Addison Yates provided three hits and drove in a run; Sydnie Zimmer ended up with two hits and scored two runs; Marcie Cudworth had two hits and a run; and Courtney Green added a hit, a run and an RBI.
Mountain Home later beat Salem 7-1. Cudworth finished with two hits and two RBIs; Yates provided two hits and drove in a run; Payton Huskey had two hits and scored a run; and Zimmer added a hit, a run and an RBI.
The Lady Bombers improve to 6-5 on the season, and they’ll host Clinton March 26th.
