The Northwest Arkansas Economic Development District has scheduled its executive committee meeting for Wednesday morning at 11:00 at the NWAEDD Plaza, located at 818 Highway 62/65/412 North, in Harrison. The meeting will be held in the Kenton R. Treat Conference Room.
The Northwest Arkansas Economic Development District is defined as a public entity that is a non-profit, multi-county, multi-purpose, and multi-funded planning and development organization serving Baxter, Benton, Boone, Carroll, Madison, Marion, Newton, Searcy and Washington counties.
The Planning and Development District system is a major instrument of the U.S. Economic Development Administration to foster economic growth through multi-county planning and investment.
