A Gassville woman, 21-year-old Nicole Roberts, was reportedly ejected from the SUV she was driving after it flipped over in a one-vehicle accident Sunday evening after passing a law enforcement vehicle.

According to the report from the Baxter County Sheriff’s Office, the accident occurred on State Highway 201 South with the vehicle reportedly traveling 75 miles per hour in a 55 mile per zone. The report notes the officer activated his lights in an attempt to stop the vehicle. However, Roberts did not slow down.
