Mandy Switzer has joined the accounting staff at Kirby and Family Funeral and Cremation Services.Switzer is a native of the Twin Lakes Area and previously worked as an office manager, handling day-to-day business operations for several local companies.Company President Jason Kirby says Switzer’s attention to detail, strong work ethic and professional business office experience make her a welcomed addition to Kirby’s accounting staff.
Switzer is a graduate of Mountain Home High School and attended Arkansas State University where she studied early childhood education and business.
She and her husband, Brad, have been married for 29 years and have two children, as well as a beloved dog, Piper. The couples son, Steven, is an architecture student at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York. Their daughter, Sonya, attended the University of Arkansas and currently works as a leasing agent in Fayetteville.
Switzer is a recent breast cancer survivor and enjoys spending time with her family, sewing, crocheting, and reading. She is also an avid history buff.
