The outfit, Nick Mason’s Saucerful of Secrets, will perform May 20 at the Dingwalls club, and May 21, 23 and 24 at the Half Moon venue.
The shows, which are already sold out, will focus on material from Pink Floyd’s first two albums, 1967’s The Piper at the Gates of Dawn and 1968’s A Saucerful of Secrets. Mason’s new outfit also features Spandau Ballet guitarist Gary Kemp, longtime Pink Floyd and David Gilmour touring bassist Guy Pratt, Talk Talk drummer Lee Harris, and veteran engineer and programmer Dom Beken.
The upcoming concerts will be Mason’s first official live performances since Pink Floyd’s historic reunion set at the Live 8 festival in London back in 2005.
