In Tuesday night’s session of the Gassville City Council, the council approved the second reading of an ordinance moving the due date for water bill payments and heard an update on the sewer expansion project.

The council also dicussed the appropriation of a budget request of $2,044.53 for maintence and upkeep within the fire department, the approval of the mayor and fire chief to sell a retired fire engine and the appointment of Christe Graham as the court clerk for the city.
The meeting closed mentioning an open house hosted by the fire department to take place on the morning of May 19th from 11:00 until 1:00.
