The Donald W. Reynolds Library Serving Baxter County will delay opening until noon Thursday in order to honor volunteers during a special recognition breakfast.
Regular library hours are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 10:00 until 6:30, Tuesday from 10:00 until 8:00, Saturday from 10:00 until 5:00 and Sunday from 1:00 until 5:00.
