A Henderson man, 37-year-old Justin Walker, was partially ejected from his rough terrain vehicle (RTV) in an accident Sunday afternoon.
According to the report from the Baxter County Sheriff’s office, Walker was traveling south on County Road 48 in the Henderson area when his “driving became erratic.” He overcorrected, causing his RTV to roll and come to rest on its top.
The report noted Walker was taken to Baxter Regional Medical Center for treatment of an incapacitating injury. Careless prohibited driving was listed as a contributing factor.
The road was dry, and the conditions were clear at the time of the 4:17 p.m. accident.
