During the peak of last year’s tourism season in the Twin Lakes Area, the region was experiencing historic amounts of rainfall, resulting in record flooding. As a consequence of the flooding, many parks and lakes were inaccessible, two of the biggest draws for tourists to the region. But, conditions are looking up for this year, as well as the prospect of local tourism.
