Dr. Rodney S. Traeger has joined the Baxter Regional Medical Center staff and the practice of Dr. Daniel Decker and Katie Hutchens, APRN.
Dr. Traeger attended medical school at the University of Texas Medical Branch, Galveston. He completed a general surgery residency at Scott and White Clinic, in Temple, Texas and a urology residency at University of Texas Medical School at Houston. He served as a Captain in the US Army and is bilingual in English and Portuguese. He is married and has five children.
Dr. Traeger most recently served as a staff urologist at US Veterans Administration Hospital in Amarillo, before relocating to Mountain Home.
Certified by the American Board of Urology, Traeger specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of urological health problems and concerns for men and women of all ages, and he is now accepting new patients.
