Richard Burger of Mountain Home entered a guilty plea to possessing drug paraphernalia and was given six years probation during a session of Baxter County Circuit Court Thursday.
The 42-year-old Burger was arrested in March when a Baxter County Sheriff’s Office deputy stopped a vehicle after being advised Burger, who was driving, had an active warrant for his arrest.
The deputy located drug paraphernalia in the vehicle, according to the probable cause affidavit.
