Audrey Saari of rural Mountain Home entered a no contest plea to charges against her during a session of Baxter County Circuit Court Thursday and was given six years probation.

The 23-year-old Saari was one of three women arrested when a search warrant was served on a residence located along Buzzard Roost Cutoff in late January.

The search warrant was sought after Baxter County Sheriff’s Office investigators received information stolen items were being kept at a residence on Buzzard Roost in late January.

A number of items of alleged stolen property — including a handgun, ammunition and an iPad — were located. In addition, investigators located drugs — including marijuana and methamphetamine — along with paraphernalia used to ingest the drugs in the home.

Saari was sentenced under the provisions of Act 346, meaning if she stays out of trouble during her probation period, she can apply to the court to have her record sealed.
