Michelle Dudley of Mountain Home made a quick trip through the legal system when she was arraigned, entered a guilty plea and was sentenced to four years probation on drug-related charges all in Thursday’s session of Baxter County Circuit Court.

According to the probable cause affidavit, a Mountain Home police officer stopped the vehicle Dudley was driving on the night of June 23rd. She was arrested after it was discovered she had an outstanding warrant.

The officer also reported finding a glass methamphetamine pipe and used syringe.

The 41-year-old Dudley was sentenced under provisions of Act 346, meaning if she stays out of trouble during her probation, she can apply to the courts to have her record sealed.
