The regular July session of the Baxter County Quorum Court is scheduled for Tuesday evening at 6:00.
Items on the agenda include ordinances appropriating fees, reimbursements and an insurance settlement check to the sheriff’s office, the first reading of an ordinance amending the minimum standards and regulations for land development and an ordinance re-appropriating $500 from the general county fund to the veteran’s services fund.
The court will also consider resolutions confirming the appointments of Shawn Egan to the Board of Equalization and John W. Olson to the Buford Volunteer Fire Department, the re-appointments of John D. Alderman, Billy Settles and Marty Vaughn to the Hand Cove Fire Protection District and the appointments of Alfred M. Moore III and Ralph McBurney and the re-appointment of Michael N. Papineau to the Tracy Area Fire Department.
The meeting will be held in the second floor courtroom of the Baxter County Courthouse.
