ABC/Image Group LA Kelly Clarkson is making it her mission to turn Maren Morris into a red wine lover. If you’ve ever seen Kelly’s Minute + a Glass of Wine series on YouTube, you know the American Idol champ loves her some vino, but Maren is more of a margarita girl.
“Guys, I hate to tell you this, but red wine is gross,” Maren tweeted, adding the hashtag #UnrefinedPalate.
But Kelly was quick to defend one of her favorite libations.
“#Blasphemy…” Kelly responded. “I mean, maybe you haven’t had the right glass of Pinot Noir is all I’m saying.”
“This calls for a winery tour!” she went on. “Seriously, we have to fix this. #CodeRedWine”
If they can work it into their schedules, Kelly and “The Middle” hitmaker may soon be headed to the vineyard.
“I’m open to a change of heart,” Maren acquiesced. “Let’s go!”
