According to the Mountain Home Police Department, 42-year-old Richard Burger has been in the Baxter County Detention Center since July 19th. A Mountain Home Police officer reportedly entered the residence Burger and Wyatt share on Dryer Street July 19th. Burger is on felony probation with a search waiver on file. During a search of the bedroom, the officer reportedly located a number of spoons with residue, used syringes, a plastic baggie with white powder residue, a bag containing 53 grams of marijuana and a used syringe containing a clear liquid later field-testing positive for methamphetamine.

Burger and Wyatt were both charged with felony counts of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia for the use of ingestion of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor count of possession of a schedule VI controlled substance. Wyatt had posted a bond of $2,500, but she is back in the detention center on a count of filing a false report of criminal wrongdoing and a bond revocation. Her bond is set at $5,000. Burger remains in jail on a bond of $2,500.

Burger and Wyatt are both scheduled to appear in Baxter County Circuit Court in August.
