Variety reports that the legendary diva is selling one of several houses she owns in Los Angeles for just under $2.5 million.  The 3,000-plus-square-foot cottage, located behind gates at the end of a secluded cul-de-sac, has three bedrooms and three bathrooms.  Apparently, Cher and her sons Chaz and Elijah used the house as a retreat while they were in L.A.

The home has exposed beams, hardwood floors, fireplaces, a master bath with an “extra-long soaking tub” and a shower with skylights, a deck with a spa, a waterfall and a koi pond.

Cher’s main residence is a 16,000-square-foot villa on a 1.7-acre bluff in Malibu.

The entertainer currently is starring in the musical film sequel Mamma Mia! Here I Go Again, and her next project is an album of ABBA cover songs that may be released in September.
