Mattox recaps benefit game loss at Blytheville

The Mountain Home High School football team had a tough road trip Thursday as they played a preseason benefit game at Blytheville. The Bombers ended up falling to the Chickasaws 50-7.

Mountain Home head coach Bryan Mattox says there were some positives to take away from the game but also some things to learn from.

The Bombers’ season opener is scheduled for Thursday, August 23rd, at War Memorial Stadium in Little Rock. Mountain Home’s opponent will be Sheridan.
