The Mountain Home High School tennis teams started conference action with a pair of 7-1 wins over Marion at home Tuesday.
The Lady Bombers got two wins in singles matches from Meagan Beck and Mandelyn Smeltzer won one of her matches. In doubles action, the teams of Sarah Godfrey and Micaela McClean along with Chloe Nosari and Madilyn Jones each won two matches.
On the boy’s side, Alex Arp won both of his singles matches while Jake McGehee won one of his two. The doubles teams of Anakin Osgood and Sam Arp along with Clayton Jones and Garrett Steelman each won two matches.
The Mountain Home tennis teams return to action Thursday at Cabot.
