Warner Bros. RecordsCher has released a new track from Dancing Queen, her upcoming ABBA tribute album: “S.O.S.

Originally released in 1975, “S.O.S.” was ABBA’s second top 20 hit in the U.S., and a top 10 hit in the U.K.  It’s the second track to be released from Dancing Queen, following “Gimme! Gimme! Gimme! (A Man After Midnight).” You’ll get that track immediately when you pre-order the album, which is due out September 28.

Cher decided to record an album of ABBA songs after appearing in the hit musical sequel Mama Mia! Here We Go Again. She portrayed Ruby, the mother of Meryl Streep‘s character.  Cher worked on the album with Mark Taylor, a longtime collaborator who produced her hit “Believe.”
