It’s officially week one of the high school football in Arkansas, and Mountain Home will be on the road again Friday night. The Bombers will renew one of the oldest rivalries in the Natural State as they meet Harrison.
Mountain Home comes into the game with a record of 0-1. The Bombers started the year eight days ago in the inaugural Week Zero with a loss to Sheridan at War Memorial Stadium in Little Rock.
Harrison is currently ranked fifth in Class 5A by Arkansas Sports Media after beating up on Pea Ridge last week to move to 1-0. This will be the Goblins’ second consecutive game on their home turf.
Bombers head coach Bryan Mattox says Harrison will be a very tough opponent.
