
The headliner for this week’s Friday Night Block Party is The Nick Reed Band. Music and activities will begin at 7:00 Friday night on the courthouse square in Mountain Home. Admittance is free.
The Nick Reed Band was formed in 2012 in Mountain Home. They are a five-man band with 150 years of combined musical experience. They play all genres of music with a repertoire spanning eight decades, including everything from Elvis Presley to Audioslave. Members include Nick Reed, Ryan Dickerson, Ron Fust, Joe Feeney and Steve Scheer.
Holy Smokes BBQ will be on hand, and the Baxter County Historical Society will be selling ice cream sundaes. Funnel cakes, fried pies, iced coffee and lemonade will also be available for purchase from concession vendors. All attendees will also have a chance to win door prizes during the bands intermission.
