Three events set for Saturday and Sunday signal the start of the annual Baxter County Fair.
The annual fair pageant is set for Saturday evening from 6:00 until 9:00 in Dunbar Auditorium on the Mountain Home High School campus. Admission to the pageant is $5 for adults and students, and children under 6 will be admitted for free.
In addition to the pageant, a truck pull is also scheduled for Saturday evening. The truck pull will take place from 7:00 until 10:00 at the Saddle Club Arena in Mountain Home. Admission to the event is $8 for adults, $4 for students and free for children ages 5 and under.
Exhibitor registration for fair entries, with the exception of baked goods (which will be accepted Tuesday) will take place on Sunday afternoon from 2:00 until 4:00 in the Education Building at the Baxter County Fairgrounds.
