The Mountain Home Planning Commission will meet in special session Monday afternoon at 1:00 to consider one item of new business.
The sole agenda item is a preliminary plat for Glenbriar Commons, a subdivision of both single family homes and condominiums with age restrictions for those over 55 years of age on approximately 30 acres located at the corner of Laurel Road and East 16th Street.
The petitioner is Thomas Embach of Leisure Homes, Inc. The plat will be presented by Ken Cotter with Consolidated Land Services, Inc.
