Mountain Home’s semi-pro basketball team suffered its first defeat in the Elite Basketball League season on Saturday. The Twin Lakers fell to the Jonesboro Hol’ Up 57-51 at Arkansas Baptist College in Little Rock.
Donovan Shaw led Mountain Home with 16 points, Anphernie Harris scored 12, and Tony Brewster added ten.
The Twin Lakers drop to 1-1 overall and 0-1 in the regular season, and they’ll return to Arkansas Baptist next weekend. The time and opponent have yet to be announced.
