A woman from Harrison was injured in a two-vehicle accident in Taney County Sunday afternoon. The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 23-year-old Sierra Turner was taken by ambulance to Cox Medical Center Branson with moderate injuries.
The report indicates Turner was attempting to make a U-turn at an emergency cross-over and a vehicle driven by a Springfield man could not slow in time and truck Turner’s vehicle from behind. Both vehicles traveled off the left side of the road.
The accident occurred three miles north of Branson on Highway 65 Sunday afternoon at 1:54.
