The Mountain Home High School volleyball team won their bracket championship over the weekend at the ASU Play Day at Arkansas State University in Jonesboro.
Mountain Home opened the tournament by topping Crowleys Ridge Academy by scores of 25-20 and 25-13. The Lady Bombers then defeated Russellville by scores of 25-16 and 25-22. In the title match, Mountain Home beat Cabot 25-17, 22-25 and 15-7.
For the day, Claudia Carter had 23 kills and 4 blocks, Charlie Pierce had 19 kills and 16 digs, Anna Grace Foreman finished with 14 kills, Elaine Blackmon had 29 digs, Leah Jackson finished with 67 assists, Grace Beckham had 14 digs and Jaden Chapa had 13 digs.
The Lady Bombers are 10-5 on the season.
