BORDENTOWN, N.J. (AP) _ Authorities say a security officer at a New Jersey
university pretended to be a teenage girl online so a teenage boy in Arkansas
would send naked photos and videos of himself.Burlington County prosecutors say 58-year-old Alan Berman also had sexually
explicit conversations with the boy and possessed child pornography. He faces
four counts of child endangerment.

Prosecutors say the Bordentown City man was arrested Friday following an
investigation that began with a tip from the National Center for Missing and
Exploited Children. Officials there said an Arkansas woman claimed a man was
trying to engage her teen son in inappropriate conversations.

Berman has been a security officer at Rider University since August 2017. He’s
been placed on administrative leave.

It wasn’t known Tuesday if Berman has retained an attorney.
