An Ozark County resident, 57-year-old Henry T. Mattix of Theodosia, suffered moderate injuries following a crash at 3:19 Saturday afternoon.
According to a report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Mattix was traveling west on Highway 140, four miles west of Theodosia, when his vehicle traveled off the right side of the roadway and struck a tree.
Mattix was transported by Air Evac to Cox South Hospital in Springfield.
