A Baxter County teen has been arrested and charged following a call to the Arkansas Child Abuse Hotline reporting a 13-year-old female was having sexual intercourse with an adult male.Baxter County Sheriff John Montgomery says 18-year-old David Walter Labrun of Lakeview is charged with second-degree sexual assault following a joint investigation by his department and the Arkansas State Police.Both the victim and Labrun were interviewed. Labrun allegedly admitted having had sexual intercourse numerous times with the 13-year-old victim since August.Labrun had been held in the Baxter County Detention Center on charges connected to an incident involving the Bull Shoals Police Department.
His bond on the new charge was set at $25,000.
