Food Bank of NCA offering school meal programs

The Food Bank of North Central Arkansas is offering the At-Risk After School Meals Program at six locations in Baxter County, three in Boone, two in Marion, one in Searcy and three in Sharp throughout the 2018-2019 school year and throughout the summer of 2019. Meals are provided to all children ages 6-18 without charge and are the same for all children regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, age or disability, and there will be no discrimination in the course of the meal service. Meals are provided on a first come, first served basis.

The sites in Baxter County include:
– The Community Connections For Youth and Families from 2:00 until 5:30 Monday through Thursday
– Cotter High School from 3:15 until 4:30 Monday and Wednesday
– The Donald W. Reynolds Library Serving Baxter County from 3:30 until 4:30 Tuesday through Friday
– First United Methodist Church from 3:00 until 5:30 Wednesday
– LC Sammons Youth Center from 3:30 until 5:30 Monday through Friday
– Lone Rock Baptist Church from 7:00 until 8:00 Wednesday evenings

The sites in Marion County include:
– The Marion County Library from 2:30 until 4:30 Tuesday through Thursday
– Yellville-Summit School from 3:15 until 5:15 Monday through Friday
