Fulton County authorities have arrested 46-year-old Franklin Cook following allegations he has repeatedly threatened to kill his wife and has said if she does not drop a protection order, she would be sorry. Cook’s address is not listed on any of the online documents in his case.
He is facing felony charges of terroristic threatening and stalking.
According to the probable cause affidavit, Cook is alleged to have threatened his wife saying on numerous occasions he would make sure she did not know when it was coming, she wouldn’t know he was there and would be dead before she could call for help. He also reportedly said he wished their children were dead.
In addition, Cook is alleged to have sent sexually explicit pictures to two females, called them at all hours and told one she had better watch out.
In addition to the felony counts, Cook is facing misdemeanor charges of unlawful distribution of sexual images or recordings and harassing communications.
His bond was set at $25,000.
