A winter weather advisory remains in effect until noon Thursday for Baxter, Marion, Fulton, Izard and Stone counties in North Central Arkansas along with Ozark, Howell and Douglas counties in Southern Missouri.Late Wednesday afternoon Chuck Rickard with the National Weather Service in North Little Rock said a light dusting of snow is possible.
