A Faulkner County teen, Tyler Pickett of Greenbrier, has been arrested and charged with a felony count of sexual indecency with a child, following a Mountain Home Police officer’s observation while on routine patrol Wednesday evening.
According to the probable cause affidavit, the officer observed a vehicle driven by the 19-year-old Pickett parked behind a car wash in what was described as an “unusual manner.”
Upon making contact with Pickett, he was described as being nervous and anxious, while his 14-year-old female passenger appeared scared and young.
When both were asked for identification, the 14-year-old gave the officer her name and date of birth, while Pickett said he had a suspended driver’s license.
The two were separated and questioned, and Pickett allegedly admitted to physical contact with the female.
The Greenbrier teen’s bond has been set at $10,000.
