Students in Norfork are out of school Friday due to illness. Norfork School Superintendent Mike Seay says the absenteeism rate on Thursday reached 20 percent, and several teachers were also out due to illness.
Friday will be an AMI day for Norfork students and teachers.
Seay says classes will resume Monday.
