Five Mountain Home High School Students have made the Arkansas All-State Bands following tryouts over the weekend. Mountain Home had 10 students tryout and over 1,000 from around the state were part of the process. High school Band Director Tom Chentnik has a rundown of the five who earned the honors.

Chentnik said the band’s cheesecake fundraiser will begin Feb. 21st, the band has a concert March 5th at Dunbar Auditorium and the band’s pancake breakfast and rummage sale will be held May 11th.
